Teams are a crucial component of Bike MS, not to mention a fun way for you to engage family, friends and co-workers in the fight against MS!
Don't forget team captains can now recruit cyclists and walker to be members of their team. Those teams that recruit members for both events will be eligible for top event honors, awards and recognition.

When registering, please remember that team captains need to register themselves first and their corresponding team before team members are able to register and join. Once you've registered your team, start spreading the word and recruiting team members. Don't forget to ask:
- Co-workers
- Family Members
- Friends
- Neighbors
- Members of your place of worship
- Members of your civic or community group
