Teams are a crucial component of Bike MS, not to mention a fun way for you to engage family, friends and co-workers in the fight against MS!

When registering, please remember that team captains need to register themselves first and their corresponding team before team members are able to register and join. Once you've registered your team, start spreading the word and recruiting team members. Don't forget to ask:

• Co-workers
• Family Members
• Friends
• Neighbors
• Members of your place of worship
• Members of your civic or community group

Next, watch your team grow as the team members you recruit begin to recruit others!

We Make It Easy

The National MS Society will give you everything you need to get started, including a team captain handbook with ideas for growing your team, posters, team recruitment cards and more!

Our online tools make it easy for you to send emails asking others to join your team, communicate with your team members and track your team’s fundraising progress!

• Team Captain Handbook - Includes information regarding Bike MS, teams, fundraising and more. • Welcome Letter - An introduction to the Team Captain program from our Bike MS coordinators. • Team Captain Goal Setting Worksheet - Set personal and team goals and stay on track leading up to Bike MS. • Donation Record - Use this form to record offline donations you receive. Feel free to make copies as needed. • Donation Distribution Form - Use this form to split checks among several members of your team. Feel free to make copies as needed.

Team DIY Fundraising Events

Donations can come from a variety of sources and one of them is from fundraising events that you host. Find out what events teams are hosting to raise money for Bike MS!

If you are hosting your own DIY Event, submit the information to us and we will add it to the DIY Events section of our website and our events calendar.
